Listen Before You Buy!

By purchasing any music track(s) from Dreamscape Tracks ("the Company"), you ("the Licensee") agree to the following terms and conditions: 

License Grant: Upon purchasing a track, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the track(s) for the purpose of incorporation into personal and professional projects, including but not limited to:

• Videos (commercial, personal, or promotional)
• Films and documentaries
• Video games and mobile apps
• Podcasts and radio shows
• Online content (e.g., YouTube videos, social media)
• Advertisements and marketing campaigns

Usage Limitations:

• The Licensee may not resell, redistribute, or share the track(s) in any form, whether altered or unaltered, as a standalone product.
• The Licensee may not claim ownership of the track(s) or present the track(s) as their original creation.
• This license does not allow the Licensee to use the track(s) in projects that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or materials deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Intellectual Property Rights: All music produced by Dreamscape Tracks remains the intellectual property of the Company. Purchasing a track grants the Licensee rights to use it in accordance with this license, but does not transfer ownership or copyright

Attribution (Optional, but appreciated): While not mandatory, Dreamscape Tracks kindly requests that the Licensee credit the music in the following format when appropriate: "Music by Dreamscape Tracks".

Termination of License: If the Licensee is found to be in breach of these terms, Dreamscape Tracks reserves the right to revoke the license, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a track has been downloaded.

By purchasing and using the track(s) from Dreamscape Tracks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this licensing agreement.
